Google Launched new Xmas Services

Busy in time for the Christmas shopping rush, google is busy expanding and remodelling its search services.

Firstly, when people search for products on Google.com, the system will present them with another search box so that they can refine their query.

Secondly, after people refine their query, Google takes them to a second page populated with product results from the Google Base listings service.

And to complete the refinement, Google will begin to wipe away its Froogle shopping branding to replace it with the enhanced Google Base listing service.

In short, Google are consolidating their offerings and integrating their search services.
